At Munno.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.

1. Eligibility for Return
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • For any return request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the start of opening the package. The video should show the condition of the item and packaging, as this helps us verify eligibility for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible.
  • Products labeled as “non-returnable” or on clearance/sale are final.
3. How to Request a Return
  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp (+92 311 2211560) within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, photos, and video (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
  • You can choose between a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item).
